Orders are delivered every day at the address specified by the buyer. Delivery is provided by “7 GÜL” with maximum effort to ensure that the purchased goods are delivered to the buyer on time.
Orders placed after 22:00 will be processed on the next calendar day. Our couriers or logistics partners will deliver the order to the address of your choice. To calculate the estimated cost of processing and delivery, select the options on our website.
If the Customer makes changes or additions to his order, he must contact us with the appropriate appeal, 3 hours before the delivery of the goods to the specified address. If you do not apply in a timely manner (less than 3 hours before the delivery of the goods) to make changes or additions to the order, no changes are made and no refund for the paid goods is made.
If the Customer changes the Order (postpones the delivery time of the Order or the composition of the Order) less than 3 hours before the date of execution of the Order, this will be considered as a new order and is subject to 100% prepayment by the Customer.
If the Customer refuses the Order more than 8 hours before the execution of the order, the Company returns to the Customer the amount of payment for the Order.
If the Customer refuses the Order less than 8 hours before the execution of the order, the Company returns to the Customer the amount of payment for the Order minus the costs incurred for the flower.

If the Customer specifies incomplete data for the delivery of the goods or indicates an incorrect address, or the recipient is absent at the specified address during the delivery time, we undertake to make every effort to carry out delivery, including additional coordination of the address and delivery time with the recipient. However, if this fails, or the recipient refuses (for any reason) to accept the delivered goods, the order is deemed completed and no refund is made. The customer has the right to pick up his order on his own at the address: 10 Pushkin str., Baku, "7GÜL", which we undertake to keep within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
The company is ready to consider any claims for the supplied goods within 3 hours after delivery. If the Customer is not satisfied with the quality of the flower or the work of the florist, send us photos to the mailing address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and a description of the claim. We will consider your claim within 24 hours after receiving the letter and will contact you. If the quality of the flower in the bouquet or the work of the florist in compiling it does not correspond to those declared on the website, the Company is ready to provide the Customer with a similar product and, at its own expense, deliver the goods to the Customer. Or return the funds received from the Customer in the same way as the payment was made. The refund period is from 3 to 15 working days.
